How long is processing ?
Processing for items is 7-20 business days . After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive or 1-2 depending on the shipping you selected .
Why does my order keep cancelling ?
If you order keeps cancelling, it’s because our fraud system has detected your purchase as fraudulent. Please make sure your card information is correct before checking out.
What do I do if my order is lost ?
If your order is stolen or lost please contact UPS. We are not responsible for any stolen ,lost or damaged packages.
What do I do if my order is sent back ?
If your package gets sent back to us due to an incorrect address, you will then have to pay a re-shipping fee $8-$10 to get it re-shipped .
What if I didn't get my confirm email ?
Please look in your spam folder for your confirmation email, it may be a chance that it was sent there. If you still can't find it, either you entered the wrong email address at checkout or your email is full and can not receive anymore emails.
